Call Center 10th Anniversary

It’s hard to believe that it has been ten years since our call center first opened its doors! Since then, we have grown and evolved in ways none of us could have predicted. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we wanted to take a few moments to reflect on all the incredible things that have happened and look ahead to what is still yet to come. From training new representatives every year and collaborating with other teams to creating innovative solutions for customer needs, there’s no denying the progress we’ve made together over the past decade.

Join us as we reminisce and anticipate our achievements over the next ten years!

  • Visionary: George Newby – 2013 CEO stopped outsourcing scheduling appointments and brought in-house to ReGenesis Health Care staff.
  • Staff: Originated with 5 Call Center Representatives with the current number 10.
  • Dental Customer Service Representative was added in September 2022 to the schedule for our Dental Department.
  • First Call Center Manager was Erica Rhodes.
  • First location was Woodruff, SC.
  • The Call Center has moved 3 times since the original location.
    • August 2015 – 460 Langdon Street, Spartanburg, SC
    • December 2018 – 362 N. Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC
    • March 2022 – 945 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC
  • Most patients scheduled in 1 telephone call:
    • 17 Performed by lead CSR Jennifer Chevalier
    • Former record of 12 was held by previous CSR Sarah Mendoza
  • Average monthly telephone calls are 12,000 plus.
  • Average 93% of calls answered within 30 seconds.  

Cheryl Moates is the current supervisor of the call center and has been a part of it since its inception. Cheryl has been dedicated to ReGenesis Health Care mission and supporting the continuous evolution of the call center. Thank you Cheryl!
