The Agricultural Farm Worker Program (AFWP) is a walk in, year-round, after-hours clinic at our Gaffney Health Center from 5pm - 9pm or on-site at your Agriculture Center via our Mobile Medical Center. Medical services are offered for a flat fee of $15.

- Free birth control of all methods
- Vasectomies
- In-Office Procedures
- Lab Testing
- Free Diagnostic Imaging
- Free Transportation Services
- To and From Evening Clinics
- To and From Specialist Appointments

- Be a non-insured Agricultural Worker and their family
- Work on a H-2A Visa, Migratory, or Seasonal Contract
- Work at one of the following Agriculture Sites:
- Animal Production Farm
- Agriculture Farm including Nurseries and Tobacco Farms
- Aquaculture Farm
- Provide a form of photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
- Provide a current pay stub or letter from your employer
- Provide the name and contact information for your employer and the agricultural site you work at
