Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

 

This position will carry out full nursing duties when assisting providers with patients, including giving immunizations and injections; maintaining accurate records .

 

Candidate must be licensed in SC and have work experience in a medical office environment as an LPN; Duties include rendering nursing care in assigned area

in terms of individualized client needs; demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations to meet current needs of the organization; Must be able to work with adult and pediatric patients; Familiarity with Electronic Health records a plus; individual will work with patient information via computers.

 

Work hours M-F-8:00-5:00-may work evening schedule to 7:00 with a flexible schedule on those days.

CMA – Clinical Medical Assistant

(Mon.-Fri. – 8:00 am-5:00pm- candidate MUST be available to work one or two nights a week when the clinic is opened for late evenings to 7:00 pm; will have a flex schedule on these days )

The Location

ReGenesis Health Care, Inc., (RHC), is currently searching for a Chief Medical Officer for its rapidly growing health center operations. RHC is a federally qualified health center located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Spartanburg is located adjacent to the city of Greenville in the Upstate region of South Carolina approximately one hour south of Charlotte, North Carolina and approximately two hours north of Atlanta, Georgia. The CMO reports directly to the organization’s CEO.

 

Duties

The CMO provides leadership in  all areas relating to the clinical operation of the health center.  The CMO is responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures; supervising the clinical staff in their medical, nursing, and administrative duties, insuring the continuous quality improvement program is administered in all clinical activities; and participating as an integral part of the Senior

Leadership team of the health center.

 

Critical Success Factors

 

Serious candidates will be comfortable in making presentations, to board of directors, to peers, and to employees; will have the ability to set priorities and to make decisions on critical health care programs and issues; have personal and professional qualities which will permit the CMO to work with the staff of the health care center in such a manner as to earn their confidence and respect as a key leader; have the ability to comprehend, and employ basic financial management, physician productivity, and managed care reports and concepts in the performance of duties; have the ability to analyze complex information and communicate effectively both orally and in writing .


Qualifications
The CMO   must have Community Health Center or medical group practice experience;  5-7 years post residency experience required; Board certification in a primary care specialty; graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy; completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine, family practice or pediatrics; program planning experience as director, coordinator or other demonstrable physician executive experience a plus; must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques; must have current certification by an appropriate American specialty board; must have a physician’s license to practice medicine in the state of South Carolina .

The Position

ReGenesis Health Care, Inc., (RHC), is currently searching for a Chief Financial Officer for its rapidly growing health center operations. RHC is a federally qualified health center located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Spartanburg is located adjacent to the city of Greenville in the Upstate region of South Carolina approximately one hour south of Charlotte, North Carolina and approximately two hours north of Atlanta, Georgia. The CFO reports directly to the organization’s CEO and is indispensable to the center’s business operations and relations with the Project Officer of the Bureau of Primary Health Care, and the State of South Carolina’s Primary Care Association.

 

Duties

The CFO provides leadership for general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, grants administration, information technology and telecommunications services.  The CFO provides leadership in developing systems for internal controls, and for monitoring compliance and performance of the adequacy of those controls.  The CFO is integral to managed care contracting, evaluation of new business development, grants opportunities, and provides direct and indirect oversight of the organization’s revenue cycle.

 

Critical Success Factors

Serious candidates will have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in community health center finance, federal health programs and medical group practice finance. Technical skills are foundational and essential, but the preferred candidate will also bring keen leadership, relationship skills, the ability to manage through extensive use of policy and procedure, and a bent for training and development of staff in the use of policies and procedures. The candidate will be an effective communicator (vertically as well as horizontally). He or she will understand the medical care delivery process and the CFO’s support role in provision of quality medical services.  The CFO will be adept at financial planning, modeling of financial scenarios and alternatives, the ability to forecast revenues and expenses adroitly and have the ability to assist the CEO with decision support through a data driven process.  The CFO will be proficient in the use of industry metrics, will know how to benchmark performance against those metrics, and will play a role in improving performance. Finally, the CFO will be comfortable in making presentations, to board of directors, to peers, and to employees.

 

Qualifications

The CFO will have baccalaureate degree in accounting and or finance. A master’s degree in business is highly desired but not required. A minimum of five years managerial experience in financial operations of group practices or community health centers is required.
